Rage Yoga – Yoga with an attitude

This workshop is an unconventional 75-minute Vin to Yin practice with an extended Savasana that includes breathing, yoga poses, and potential profanity. All levels are welcome. Creativity and spontaneity encouraged!
Vin to Yin – a combination of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. The Vinyasa portion actively warms the body up and rids us of excess energy. After this, the body is ready to relax during the Yin portion of deeper stretches.
