Self Defense Workshop for Adults

Self defense is a life saving technique that every person should have to feel confident in themselves no matter what the situation is.
With the guidance from your instructor, you will learn:
Self awareness
Preventing and controlling a situation
Vulnerable points on the body and how to strike them
Striking and blocking safely
Grab defense
Ground work
Suitable for beginner-level students
This class will take place in a salt room with soft mats on top. Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is included during your workshop.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable athletic attire.
