Join us for Beyond Voila’s exclusive Women’s Self-Defense Workshop, where you’ll learn to take control of your personal safety with practical, life-saving techniques. This unique workshop integrates yoga and Pilates with proven self-defense strategies, teaching you effective strikes, takedowns, and how to escape from chokes, grabs, and holds. Our goal is to teach you to harness your body’s natural posture and leverage, using yoga-inspired movements to overcome an attacker strength and size.

Led by Taqqee Khabir, a seasoned self-defense expert and national Silat coach with over a decade of experience, you will be introduced to our E.A.T.T. (Evade, Attack, Take Balance, Takedown) system. This method is designed to prepare you for real-world situations, equipping you with the skills and confidence to respond effectively to any threat.
